Description from artist: This piece was originally intended to be the top of a sculpture inspired by Japanese stone lanterns, ishi-dōrō. Instead of being thrown out, the remaining piece was repurposed into a new piece of artwork.

This piece is part of KILN: Earthenware and Beyond, a sculptural group exhibition at GR2 Gallery running from April 27th, 2024 - May 14th, 2024. 

  • Artwork remains on the wall for the duration of the show. Usually, art is sent out 2 weeks after the show comes down.
  • Because these are unique art pieces, it is possible that the piece you want has sold before we've had a chance to update the site. If this happens, you will contacted about a refund or exchange.

Due to the size and weight differences of these pieces the original estimated shipping quote, though quoted to the best of our ability, may not be accurate and will need to be adjusted. If this occurs, you will be contacted with a quote for the additional shipping costs. If shipping charges are under what you were charged, you will be reimbursed the difference.
